3) REPAIRATIONS (REPARATIONS) MUST BE PAID TO “AFRICATOWN” TO REPAIR / CORRECT THE CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC DAMAGE DONE TO THE “AFRICAN REFUGEES” FROM EUROPEAN COLONIAL SETTLER “JUDEO-CHRISTIAN” TERRORISM / SLAVE TRADE (FROM AFRICANS TO BLACKS TO COONS TO NIG…. TO COLOREDS, TO NEGROES, TO AFRO-AMERICANS TO AFRICAN AMERICANS BACK TO AFRICANS BORN IN AMERICA.
4. END ETHNIC CLEANSING / “GENTRIFICATION” OF BLACKS OUT OF SEATTLE’S HISTORIC “CENTRAL AREA” TO THE “SUBURBS”.
5) REMOVE PICTURE OF THE “NORTH AMERICAN HITLER” GEORGE WASHINGTON, THE GENOCIDAL MASS MURDERER OF NATIVE AMERICAN “INDIANS” (NOT BORN IN INDIA) AND “OWNER” OF 319 NON-MUSLIM BLACK AFRICAN CHRISTIAN “SLAVES”.
6) STOP THE SEATTLE PUBLIC SCHOOLS FROM TEACHING BLACK CHILDREN AND ALL CHILDREN THAT GEORGE WASHINGTON AND THOMAS JEFFERSON WERE CHAMPIONS OF “FREEDOM, JUSTICE, EQUALITY AND DEMOCRACY” WHEN THEY WERE IN FACT BRUTAL “TERRORIST” THAT ENSLAVED UNFORTUNATE KIDNAPPED / TERRORIZED “CHRISTIANIZED” AFRICAN MEN WOMEN AND CHILDREN. RESTRUCTURE SEATTLE SCHOOL CURRICULUM AROUND ENTRY LEVEL CAREER / PERFORMANCE BASED EDUCATION.
7) END HOMELESSNESS BY CITY PROVIDING LAND MATERIALS AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE / COUNSELING FOR HOMELESS TO BUILD THEIR OWN MORTGAGE FREE HOUSING.
8) LIMIT SEATTLE ARMED GOVERNMENT AGENTS (“POLICE”) TO 5 YEARS IN WHICH THEY MUST COMPLETE QUALIFICATIONS FOR TEACHER’S CERTIFICATE AND TEACH FOR 5 YEARS BEFORE RETURNING TO SEATTLE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND INSTITUTE “STING OPERATIONS” TO CATCH CRIMINALS HIDING BEHIND GOVERNMENT ISSUES BADGES AND GUNS.
9) SEATTLE SHOULD FORM ITS OWN BANK FOR FINANCING CITY PROJECTS AND FOR FINANCING HOMELESS OWNED HOUSING FOR “HOMELESS / POOR” ( HAVE YOU SEEN A HOMELESS UNEMPLOYED BIRD?)
10) SINCE RACE IS ARBITRARILY AND UNSCIENTIFICALLY BASED ON “SKIN COLOR”, REDEFINE “RACE” BASED ON HAIR COLOR WHICH IS A LOT EASIER TO CHANGE, ESPECIALLY FOR “WHITE MINDED” INTEGRATED NEGROES LIKE “WHITE SUPREMACY” COURT JUSTICE “UNCLE” CLARENCE THOMAS.

My name is Omari Tahir-Garrett, and I am running for Seattle Citywide City Council in order to address and solve the following problems:
The cultural economic development crisis in Native American "Indians" (not born in India) and African refugees from European colonial settler (self proclaimed "Judeo-Christian ") terrorism and slave trade is the direct result of ongoing institutionalized colonial strategies well defined and exposed in the Kerner Report On Civil Disorder (referring to the Black rebellions of the 1960's) as "WHITE INSTITUTIONALIZED RACISM".
Today White "capitalist" political / economic magicians and their negroe politicians (Africans trained to do tricks on white command like well trained bird dogs) attempt to use the same "Now you see it; now you don’t” style of magic tricks to make Africatown communities disappear across America, through gentrification, as they did Native American “Indian" communities in the Americas and so called “Aboriginal” (actually just ORIGINAL) communities in Australia.
The use of military armed government enforcers to beat, extort, murder and, in general, terrorize their colonized victims is rampant and overt. European colonial settler (self proclaimed “Judeo-Christian) terrorism has been exposed in Seattle, Ferguson, New York, Los Angeles, The Americas in general, Australia, Palestine and elsewhere!!!!
This terrorism is wrong, and it must end.

MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
· Successfully stopping the construction of the Police State Occupation Station at Yesler & 23rd, where the Cannon House can now stand instead.
· Running effective campaigns which forced Washington State’s Liquor Board and other major corporations to divest from the apartheid regime in South Africa.
· Principal 1985 founder of African American Heritage Museum & Cultural Center and organizer of the longest running civil disobedience action in US History, which finally achieved the AAHMCC’s legal ownership of the former Coleman School building in January of 1998. Continuing organizer of the campaign to liberate the Museum from the hostile illegal military occupation of its building by King County’s SWAT team and its puppet condominium scheme imposed in the Museum’s name since June of 1998
· Consistent champion of international humanitarian rule of law in the face of violent repression by rogue settler terrorist states, including Washington, USA.
· Consistent opponent and whistleblower against corrupt racist officials such as Mayor Paul Schell (the last Seattle official to publicly celebrate the police murder of an unarmed Black man while standing on the spot where it happened), and Seattle Public School’s chief attorney Ron English (who has masterminded the gradual privatization of school properties for the last three decades while bullying and intimidating everyone around him, always to the overt effect of harming Black communities in particular).
· Vietnam veteran, world traveler, and history teacher (Garfield, Franklin, Immaculate Catholic High School)
· Elected Co-Chair of the Seattle Alliance For Black Education since 1970, and 2009 founding member of the More4Mann Coalition of Historic
